Is there any limit to the amount of contacts I can have in my account?
No, there is no limit to the amount of contacts you can have in your account! We have businesses with hundreds of contacts to businesses with hundreds of thousands of contacts! The price will always stay the same.

How many users can I add to my account?
You can add as many users as you want to your account! And, it won't cost a penny more. Give admin access to your business leaders and user access to your employees so they only see what you want them to.

What are your phone rates?
Our phone usages rates are among some of the cheapest in the industry. We offer clear and transparent pricing so there will never be any surprises on your card. Our phone usages rates are $0.026/min for making calls, $0.017/min for receiving calls, and $0.015 / text message.

What kind of support does OODA Pro offer?
We pride ourselves on arming you with all of the tools you need to be successful in your business! We have an extensive help library built out in the platform that will walk you through every aspect and feature of OODA Pro. If you every get stuck and need some assistance, our support team is always on standby and happy to offer their help wherever they can!

Is there a limit to how many emails I can send?
At the current time, there is no limit to the amount of emails you can send to your contact list! As long as your follow industry best practices on email marketing and do not spam your list, you are welcome to send as many emails as your heart desires!

Am I responsible to follow texting protocols and making sure I am compliant?
While OODA Pro provides you with phone numbers for you to use to make calls and send SMS text messages, it is up to you to ensure you are following the rules and regulations that accompany using text messaging for your business.
